- Provide a spiritual development process to advanced lay leaders
- Provide graduate level classes in theology and philosophy
- Provide academic degree opportunities to the laity (Masters Degree or Certificates in Theology)

- Lay leaders responsible for lay formation in parishes or deaneries
- Master Catechists or candidates for a Master Catechist Certificate
- Diaconate Candidates
