Instructional Aide

We are seeking a dedicated and faith-filled part-time (19 hours a week) Instructional Aide who will support the classroom teacher in fostering a positive, engaging, and Christ-centered learning environment. The ideal candidate demonstrates a commitment to Catholic values, works collaboratively with staff, and is attentive to the individual academic and social-emotional needs of students. This role includes assisting with small group and individualized instruction, promoting student growth and well-being, and helping maintain a safe, respectful, and productive classroom. Flexibility, strong communication skills, professionalism, and a passion for supporting student success are essential, along with a willingness to actively contribute to the mission and community of Saint Mel School.
