With faith in the Risen Lord, we share the sad news of the passing of Reverend Michael McFadden, Pastor Emeritus of St. Mary Parish in Vacaville. Fr. McFadden entered eternal life on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, at the age of 88.
Ordained to the priesthood on June 19, 1961, Father McFadden faithfully served the Diocese of Sacramento for 64 years. He retired from active ministry 2009. His decades of priestly ministry touched countless lives, and his dedication to the people of St. Mary Parish and beyond leaves a legacy of faith, hope, and love that endures.
