Advisory Council
Bishop Weigand established the Diocesan Council for Social Service Ministry as an advisory body in 2001.
Comprised of a broad geographical cross section of leaders involved in social service work, the Council meets quarterly. Its focus is directed to the social service needs within the 20-county area of the Diocese of Sacramento.
