The candidate must be a practicing Catholic with at least five years of successful supervisory experience in a business environment. CLINICAL DIRECTOR OF COUNSELING
Catholic Social Service of Solano County (est. 1942) located in Vallejo, is seeking a Clinical
Director of Counseling to direct the day-to-day operations of the New Pathways Counseling Program serving Solano County. Requirements for this position include a masters degree in the social
service/mental health field, a valid California license (LCSW or MFT) to practice psychotherapy, experience in clinical supervision and training, and the ability to work 28-35 hours/week. Salary

DIRECTOR OF FAITH FORMATION
Our Lady of the Assumption Parish has an immediate opening for a full time Director of Faith Formation. The successful candidate must be a practicing Catholic and responsibilities will includes: directing a total parish catechetical program for approximately 300 families in Faith Formation, coordinating Sacramental programs for elementary and junior high school students, and facilitating the faith journey of adults through enrichment experiences. DIRECTOR OF PARISH OPERATIONS

The Director of Parish Operations is a full-time position that involves implementing and maintaining policies and procedures approved by the Diocese for the effective and sound financial management of the parish and parish-related organizations.
In supporting the Pastor, the chief administrator of the parish, this person provides leadership, management, and resource development of the financial aspects of the parish and its administration. Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, patience, a strong self-starter, the ability to attract volunteers to accomplish a project and confidentiality are hallmarks of this person.
For consideration, a BA or equivalent experience in business with at least five years of successful managerial experience, a background in business administration, finance, budgeting and basic internal controls is required. RELIGIOUS EDUCATION COORDINATOR
PART-TIME POSITION AVAILABLE
St. Patrick Parish, Placerville, is seeking a part-time R.C.I.A. Coordinator to begin working in October 2008.
Major responsibilities:
Manage, under the direction of the pastor, the entire R.C.I.A. process at the parish level. Interview potential R.C.I.A. candidates, who have expressed interest in the Catholic Faith. Refer potential candidates to appropriate resources as needed. Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise volunteer catechetical staff as well as sponsors. Schedule class sessions. Procure catechetical materials. Organize and coordinate all liturgical celebrations connected with the R.C.I.A. process. Complete all required documentation.
Qualifications:
Roman Catholic in good standing with knowledge of the Catholic Faith and of the R.C.I.A. process; Ability to lead others in prayer; Basic catechist certification (or willingness to begin certification process) with emphasis on the nature and styles of catechesis in the four R.C.I.A. periods of formation; Understanding of the discernment process; Willingness to work some evenings and some Sunday mornings.
